Empower trains athletes to compete in the compulsory levels consisting of levels 3-5. These levels are progressive in nature, building upon the skills required from the previous level.
Our day program allows for more specialized time and space for our athletes. With fewer disctrations and optimized focus, our compulsory gymnasts practice along side a schooling program that encourages Knowledge and Training.

Level 2: M-T-TH 1pm-4pm | 9 hours
Level 3: M-T-TH 1-5pm | 12 hours
Level 4/5: M-T-W-TH-F 7:30am-12:30pm | 25 hours
