Empower trains athletes to compete in TOPS, Hopes, and Training Elite.
Tops: Also known as The Talent Opportunity Program (TOP’s), is a talent search and educational program for female artistic gymnasts and coaches. This program allows young competitive gymnasts to master basic strength, conditioning, and flexibility that will help set a foundation for their future gymnastics goals.
Hopes: Hopes is a modified pre-elite program dedicated to gymnasts from the ages 10-13. This stepping stone to elite allows gymnasts to compete higher level compulsory skills and introduces the elite requirements.
Training Elite: Elite is the highest level in gymnastics. These athletes attend camps and compete at Elite qualifiers. Once qualified, they compete at Classics and Championships. The goal of an elite athlete is to represent the United States in international competitions.
CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR 2023-2024 Elite Compulsory Achievers
Aspen, Macy, and Daisy all competed on September 2, 2023 and earned their elite compulsory score.
Finley and Roslyn both competed in the Peppermint Twist on December 1, 2023 and earned their elite compulsory score.
CONGRATULATIONS TOPS GIRLS
We had three girls pass the physical abilities, Areia (8), Noa (9), Anna (10), and will go on to the skills testing through out the 2024 competition season.
We had two girls pass the skills portion, Areia (8), Anna (10), and both will attend the National Tops testing in June 2024.
